This collection is a tribute to the beauty of abandoned urban spaces, where history and decay converge in a uniquely compelling way. Each piece is the result of an immersive journey; I personally traveled to these forgotten sites, documenting their essence through photography and sketches. These spaces. often overlooked or dismissed as remnants of the past, hold stories within their crumbling walls, peeling paint, and overgrown foliage.
Through my paintings, I aim to capture not only the visual details but also the atmosphere and emotion of these places. The interplay of light and shadow, the textures of rust and ruin, and the traces of human presence that linger in these spaces inspire me. My work seeks to reimagine these urban ruins as spaces of unexpected beauty, resilience, and transformation, inviting viewers to reflect on the passage of time and the narratives that abandoned places can tell.
